Let’s differentiate between:  Judaism (the religious practice) and Hebrew (the language / people) 

• Judaism - from Judea, these are Monists, and a Roman provincial name
• Hebrew people - Ethnic group that came from Crete into Palestine
• There are Hebrew formula on the drug side, we know that Hebrew have different street names for drugs… eg. Magi called cannabis “star”. Different street names…

The Sophia of Solomon.   

• Included in the Septuagint as “Wisdom of Solomon”.
• Sophia means Wisdom

Sophia and yahoo are about to form the mystery religion that developed in Judea (in Isreal).

Sophia - wisdom, skill in medicine, surgery, divination, artistry.    Carpentry, telkines- magic workers.  They know how the universe works.   They have the craft, they possess that channel, and what the invisible holds. Also what they said about the first christ.  She is able to manipulate, even the divine.  Is a mark of Mother Greek.  

Is Sophia a Hebrew concept?   No

Philo Judaeus - 1st cent BC - a Judean who is following the Septuagint.  

• No Hebrew for 300 years, then Jesus, still no Hebrew, it’s been centuries.   
• When Jesus went to Egypt, he was considered smart (because of the Greek).  And he said “don’t tell them I’m a christ”.

• Which is the bridge that shows us the cult of Judaism.

The Wisdom of Solomon 

• Written in Greek, in Alexandria Egypt.  
• It’s about Sophia and yahoo.  
• Judaism is born when Sophia is consumed by Yahoo, it’s a 1st century BC/AD creation.
• Part of wisdom texts… it shouldn’t be written in Greek if you believe the fairy tale.  We’re in Theologyworld, kiddies - the back alley…

• It’s about Sophia and yahoo, and the polytheistic origin of Judaism.

• Philo spoke and studied Greek, culturally Greek:  says nothing of his Jewish education, where his only mention of Jewish education was weak: only debate of ethics, and it was in Greek
• Alexandrian Jews enrolled their children in Greek Gymnasiums (schools), they couldn’t get this education from Jewish communities.   Philo was educated in this Greek system and spoke of Greek philosophers.

The Judaic cult started its history when it absorbed the cult of Sophia.  The cult of the Kore.  Judaism comes from Greek worship.  It’s Bacchic.

• What acts are they talking about changing from the Hebrew practices?  The Hebrew practices were Hellenistic cult mysteries…

The reason you can’t test your god is that your god can’t be tested.   But you can test Eros.   

Consider:  this is the origin of Judaism.  Hebrew culture is a much larger thing in which Judaism is just one facet and one component.

• Just like Christianity rewrote classical history.   
• And they’ll do it again
